We are seeking a Production Coordinator (PC) who will generally assist the Producers with overall support with event planning, logistics, vendor management assistance, operations, and additional assistance with experiential promos and activations. The Production Coordinator will also act, at times, as a very hands-on assistant for our client branded events.

• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment, and "go the extra mile" under tight deadlines.
• Pre-production assistance with events and activations.
• Production and post-production coordination.
• Creating production grids (shoot schedules)
• Assit and support Producers, Sr. Producers, and Production Director.
• Assist with final day-of-event logistics.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment, and "go the extra mile" under tight deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Production, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of professional, related experience.
• Marketing and Experiential experience is preferred.
• Must have solid organizational skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage a variety of responsibilities on a day-to-day basis.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment, and "go the extra mile" under tight deadlines.
• Experience with Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to work regular, full-time schedule, Monday through Friday with flexibility to work additional hours depending on business demands.
• Ability to travel approx. 20% to domestic events.
