OVERVIEW

The Graphic Designer will play a critical role in supporting creative development for Tinsel’s internal and client-facing design needs, including an emphasis on an internal website redesign, deck design, and template creation. This individual will collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality designs that enhance the Tinsel brand and support client projects as needed. The Graphic Designer is a skilled communicator with a sharp design aesthetic, attention to detail, and a pulse on current design trends. They will create visual solutions for internal initiatives, marketing materials, and client work, ensuring all designs are on-brand and reflective of the creative excellence Tinsel is known for.

 

This position will work closely with Tinsel’s Head of Creative as well as Senior Graphic Designer to execute on projects that elevate the Tinsel brand, support client deliverables, and contribute to Tinsel’s creative vision.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Partner with Tinsel’s Head of Creative, and Chief Growth Officer to design, develop, and create presentation decks for pitches, proposals, and client deliverables.
  • Support the internal website redesign project, working on design elements, file packaging, and collaborating with external partners as needed.
  • Create and implement templates for internal and client-facing materials, including decks, one-sheeters, and event recaps.
  • Execute design updates for marketing collateral, including social media assets, newsletters, and email templates, in alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Assist in refreshing Tinsel’s Brand Guidelines and ensure consistent application across all materials and channels.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Creative on Tinsel’s digital marketing assets, ensuring branding is consistent across all platforms.
  • Support client design projects as needed, delivering high-quality, on-brand creative work in collaboration with the project team.
  • Systematize and templatize creative assets to streamline processes and improve team efficiency.
  • Participate in project discussions and incorporate client feedback to refine and enhance designs.
  • Demonstrate comfort with foundational project elements (e.g., goals and objectives) and ensure visual designs align with project needs.

 

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

 

  • Collaborative, organized team player with a passion for design and attention to detail.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in creative or experiential marketing environments.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design across print, digital, and experiential projects.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and presentation tools (e.g., Keynote, Google Slides).
  • Familiarity with web design, UI/UX principles, and digital platforms (e.g., CRM systems, email, and social media).
  • Ability to create visually compelling and on-brand designs within technical and time constraints.
  • Experience working with brand guidelines and creating templates for scalable use.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present design ideas effectively to internal teams and clients.
  • Interest in staying current with design trends and applying them innovatively.

Compensation

$95,000-100,000
